Citrus Heights is considered a 5 star Rehab Ctr, and the food was great. The staff are caring, polite and very helpful. I have been to many SNF's center due to my dibilatating condition, and I always worry where the hospital will send me. I really recommend this place for your Loved Ones , you can leave them there and go home at ease while they recover.<br><br>SHOUT OUT TO CITRUS HEALTH CENTER, GOOD JOB!!!!

I recently toured this facility and was very impressed with the overall environment. The facility was clean and had a warm welcoming atmosphere. Staff members were friendly and professional.<br><br>The rooms were spacious and comfortable with several common areas designed for both relaxation and social interaction.<br><br>Overall, the visit left a very positive impression, and I would definitely consider it for a loved one in need of skilled nursing care.
