The new parking lot is horrible out front who ever designed that should be fired. The building is pretty and that's it.

Stopping overnight in Colby KS was a huge blessing after my husband had an episode requiring an ambulance call and a trip to the emergency room. Would have never known it was a small town as we were given the best treatment and consideration during a very scary time. From the EMT's showing up in less than 5 min to excellent care by everyone involved, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

I required emergency room treatment today, an understandably frightening experience as I am a temporary resident. However, I received exceptional care; the staff's professionalism and kindness transformed what could have been a traumatic event into a surprisingly positive one. I experienced a severe allergic reaction from an insect bite to my face. I want to express my sincere gratitude, especially to Rachel and the three other nurses whose names I unfortunately did not obtain.

If you plan on seeing a specialist here DON'T!! The hospital will charge you $89.80 without notifying you that you will be charged. On my insurance plan, I only pay a copay. So this hospital hides these fees because some hospitals will do anything to get their hand in your pocket!!

When I got out of my Troubled Teen program I was sent here because I had Covid, while I was there the nurses were very kind to me as well as the other staff. They were very gentle and healing in a hard time. It’s been two years and I still remember the conversations I had with all the staff. Thankyou so much ❤️ All of you for being so kind and gentle with a traumatized teen girl.
