They say they got a warrant to move my brother but refuse to provide the warrant to my sister in law whom is the power of attorney for my brother. They refuse to tell her where he is. My brother is a war hero yet y'all treated him like garbage. Throwing him away and not telling his wife, whom is his caregiver, the person who legally filed with the state to be his guardian, where he is is unbearably cruel and I'm pretty sure illegal. This place doesn't want to help. They will throw your loved one's in a psych ward and not let you know where they are. KEEP YOUR LOVED ONES OUT OF HERE!

This facility is a joke. No therapy of any kind. Would let the family be present at therapy and only during certain hours for visits. Obviously was because they literally were not doing anything. Couldn’t get our son’s food right, didn’t change him or clean him up , mostly neglected. He regressed on his health and abilities at this place. When they couldn’t show progress, insurance finally cut them off.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.its located right next to a gun range and train trackand it’s very loud. Some of the nurses are not hospitable at all. An inventory was done on my things without me being present and things were missing when I returned to my room. Ms.Tonya and Ms.Chaka are amazing nurses. The therapists were great. I do not recommend any veteran goes to this place the gun range is loud and will drive you nuts.

This facility is probably one of the most shady and unprofessional facilities in the Montgomery county area.
The side of the facility that facilities children under 18 with behavioral issues. Does not provide proper care and lost Medicare funding due to not following those procedures.
The facility side for adults with TBI doesn’t not have proper procedures set in place. This creates an unsafe environment where patients are attacked by other patients or even staff are attacked creating an unsafe environment for all parties.
There are no securities measures in place to ensure that people are not coming on to the facility with weapons. It puts patients and staff at high risk of their safety being compromised.
The staff here is made up of a lot of third part “ “agency” CNA’s and nurses. They do the bare minimum and do not provide patient care needed to help patients heal.
The location of the area consistently floods and has a gun rage across the street.
If you can avoid this facility for the sake of your families health, please do it.
