The facility has and is being updated to reflect a more at home feel. The rehab facility is great and caring. The patient care team is also a great group of caregivers. I have witnessed great care and support for patients in my time there.

Christian Heights values their residents. Mr. Prather genuinely cares and approaches each admission with compassion. He confidently and patiently works closely with healthcare partners and the new resident and their family to ensure they have the information they need to make the admission process as easy as possible.

My husband and I have ministered at this facility on several occasions and we found the staff very helpful and friendly. The residents appear cared for and happy. We are grateful for any opportunity to minister to the residents there.

My grandmother was a resident at this facility while having therapy for a stroke. The therapy team was amazing with her. The staff was friendly. I do feel like the rooms could be updated. Overall it was a good experience.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!! The staff is hateful and rude. The bedsores my grandfather had before coming here were healed enough to finish improving outside of a hospital. This is why he was sent to this nursing home. This nursing home did not care for him or treat his bed sores as they should have been. He ended up back in the hospital and we sent him to a different facility. By this point they were so bad off that he ended up with a kidney infection and ended up passing away. Yes, he did have bedsores before arriving at this nursing home. However, he was sent to the hospital and they improved. He was then sent to Christian Heights and they worsened. Then sent back to the hospital to remove dead tissue from the sores. (at this point that is what we were told and that they were being taken care of) Then the hospital had to admit him because the sore WERE NOT being taken care of.
