Christian Care Manor II Assisted Living

Christian Care Manor II is an assisted living community in Phoenix, Arizona, offering three levels of care: Supervisory Care, Personal Care, and Direct Care. The community serves residents who need supportive services in their day-to-day lives but do not require 24-hour skilled nursing care.

In Supervisory Care, certified caregivers provide assistance with meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry for residents who can ambulate, bathe, dress, and make safety decisions independently. Personal Care residents receive moderate assistance with grooming, dressing, incontinence management, and medication reminders. Direct Care provides a higher level of support with ambulation, bathing, toileting, dressing, and medication management for residents who may have difficulty recognizing danger or making basic care decisions.

The community features studio and one-bedroom floor plans, each with fully equipped kitchens and private, handicap-accessible bathrooms. Residents enjoy three meals daily served in a full-service dining room, planned social activities, and certified caregivers available on staff 24 hours a day.

Residents must qualify for Arizona Long Term Care (ALTCS) to be eligible for Christian Care Manor II. Housing is available to all persons at least 62 years of age.
