The care team is excellent in this facility. They are full of love and respect for those they are entrusted to care. Place is clean and spotless. We were lucky our mom was able to be a residence in hospice there. The staff are angels.

Would not recommend it in the slightest. At first it will seem nice until you uncover the ugly that’s actually happening. Would recommend 100% getting a camera in room so you can view how your loved one is being treated. I personally overheard staff saying disgusting things about other staff, residents, and families alike. Many residents dislike the food and are often served the wrong things, if served at all. Everything that happens at this facility is “a miscommunication”. This place is a joke. Please document everything and anything if you admit your loved one to this facility, but better yet please try to keep them in their home. My year and a half experience with this facility was anything but peaceful; they definitely made it worse for my family and my loved one with their seemingly shady practices.

My elderly Mom spent two and a half months recovering, doing rehabilitation. First rate care from first-rate folks. Highly recommend if you have a loved one that needs extra care.

Went there to visit my grandpa. First time i seen him in his new home.. he seems pretty okay up there. The facility is clean and appears to be well maintained. His window looks out to a big grass patch courtyard. Today they even had a goat eating the grass.. his room is well kept and clean.. its a pretty good sized room. This place is pretty nice.. i mean i hate seeing relatives getting up there in age to where the need help in there golden years but this chosen valley place seems to be on the ball!
