Much has changed since my last review. The thrift shop doesn't have as many items as it once had. Now it seems they're more concerned with how the shop looks than what is in it. Too much of one size which makes the shop very crowded and difficult to navigate. Hard covers used to be 25c and are NOW $1.50 and paperbacks which were once 25c are now 75c. With all of the Little Free Libraries springing up throughout Chippewa people will no longer haver to pay anything for reading material and certainly not 75c for a yellowed paperback. I used to leave the Center with bags full of books but not any more, I cannot afford your prices. Clothing prices have jumped also and they are still a FREE donation to you. There is a pair of shoes that have been there for sale since before COVID and will sit there forever because they're priced TOO high. Rotate your items, if they aren't selling then no one wants them or can afford to pay your price. Thrift Stores are for poor people.

Because of the COVID pandemic this place is, for the most part, closed to conducting functions inside the building. However, they have dumpsters located outside on the premises where they are conducting a scrap metal drive, which helps clean up the environment. In my opinion, it's a win, win for them and the community.
