Short staffed. Untrained management would not recommend. Don't let me forget rude rude rude they will try to tell you you can't go into your loved ones room

Absolutely the most wonderful and professional group of people you can ever trust your loved one(s) with. I highly recommend this place for your elder care needs; they are accountable, communicative, and professional as well as caring and kind.

Took my mom out of this place in May 2025. The day I took her home and was helping her shower i noticed her entire body was covered in open scab wounds and was bleeding everywhere. Turns out she was infested with scabies. I filed a complaint with LA county health inspection. My recommendation is check your loved one’s bodies if you have them here also make sure they help set you up with assistance if you plan on taking your loved ones home. I didn’t get assistance until I called to complain

This place has secured/locked units, which is a big plus for dementia patients or anyone at high risk of wandering. The staff are overall pretty friendly, and they also provide therapy services for residents. Definitely a good option if you’re looking for extra safety and support.

One star because of my disappointment with whoever is in charge of admissions. My dad is a hospice patient with only a few weeks left to live. He is bed bound, sleeps 24/7, unproblematic, and the kindest person ever. This place would’ve been perfect for him and for my family location wise. They are not accepting him due to “clinical complications” and refuse to explain what that even means. He checks all the boxes and has the right medical insurance to be a patient there but keep rejecting him with no explanation. Very disheartening.
