ATTN Director/Administrator: My mom was to be staying at this place starting this week for rehab care and therapy, but because the ambulance brought her later than expected they were not welcoming from the start being rude that they will leave my mom in her pee until the next morning and no intake process done until the next day. They should've communicated more with kaiser hosptial staff to know if it would be too late and proceed the next day. It was meant for my mom NOT to stay there and the website has COMPASSIONATE there and they were NOT that. Do not leave your loved one here, like kids you have to trust who you leave them with because they are vulnerable and not able to defend themselves. Please have staff that have been through the same thing themselves or with loved ones and that is where compassion will come from because they suffered too they dont just get paid to "care" with a fake smile.

Windsor Cheviot has excellent staff that really take care of the Patients. Marisela the Administrator is very passionate and care for all her patients and Staff. Social Servieces Lisa is very pragmatic and loves assisting patients with their requests.

My mother was just admitted 10/13/25 and today 10/14/25 she said while she was getting a bath by a man he sexualy assaulted her. The police have been called but the man was already gone for the day. My family is getting her relocated immediately. Do not leave your love ones here.

Great skilled nursing facility. My grandmother was here a few months. All the nurses and staff were very nice and attentive. Stephanie in admissions is the best! She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions/concerns. She made the process very easy. I toured a couple other SNFs which I was skeptical about, but when I toured this SNF I knew it was the perfect one for my grandmother. My grandmother was not excited about the food but that was expected as she has to follow specific diet. The kitchen did try to accommodate and prepare food that she liked. It’s a clean facility with good amenities. Over all I would definitely recommend this SNF.

Horrible absolutely disgusting the CNAs are rude and unfriendly, one of them actually pushed my brother on the side to move
