Dad's been here 2 weeks tomorrow..I chose to look past the negative reviews and choose this facility.. We've been pleased thus far.. The physical therapy is excellent!!!!! Staff have been courteous and are meeting his needs.. I do recommend family advocate for those patients that may not be able to or strong enough to do so.. It's a heartwarming environment with such a refreshing sun filled atrium where there's alot of visiting taking place and gathering for the patients.. God's grace and peace be upon chateau living center...

My grandmother recently received physical therapy here, and I was disappointed with the conditions every time I visited. The hallways consistently had a foul odor from trash that was left sitting out. A basic cleanliness issue that should never be overlooked in a healthcare setting. The staff are dismissive and difficult to get a hold of when I had concerns. If you care about your loved ones, you would not let them stay at this facility.

Do not trust this facility with your loved ones. My father had both a dialysis appointment and a separate doctor's appointment scheduled on the same day. The staff refused to take him to his doctor's appointment simply because they had already transported him to dialysis as if caring for a patient's full medical needs was too much to ask. Dialysis patients often have complex, overlapping health needs. Missing a doctor's appointment isn't a minor inconvenience. It can have serious consequences. The staff showed no flexibility and no genuine concern for my father's wellbeing. This isn’t just poor customer service. This is neglect. If you're considering this facility for a parent or loved one with ongoing medical needs, look elsewhere.

My sister has been at this facility for 3 days and has gotten 4 new breakdowns. Don't waste your time turning a call light on at night. She was alouded to lay in her own feces for 5 hours . Staff. Is so rude when they come in and try to make u feel guilty about putting the call light on. They wouldnt even give her a top sheet when hers was wet stating they didn't have enough in the facility. Whoever ownd this place needs to hire more staff so the residents can have decent care

I would not recommend Chateau Living Center to anyone. After sending a family member here, it has been nothing but a disaster. There was a draft in my family members room which caused them to then get sick so I sent my family member a care package which the staff members stole. When I contacted the facility to check up on them, they did nothing to fix the issue but instead give me an attitude about it. My family member then ended up in the hospital and came back a totally different person. When I would call Chateau Living Center to see what was going on, I was getting lied to and they would decline my phone calls. Unfortunately, my family member passed away and I blame Chateau Living Center. If the facility had proper care, staff members, and health codes, they would still be alive. The staff who works here are rude, condescending, thieves, and should not be working in taking care of other people. The people who run this place should be ashamed of themselves. If you have a loved one, love them well enough to not send them to Chateau Living Center.
