I am very grateful for the excellent care that Centerwell Home Health Care provided for my father. He has latter stages of Alzheimer’s and needed physical therapy and nursing care at home. The staff at CenterWell were very professional, compassionate, and attentive to his needs. They helped him regain her strength and mobility, and also gave me peace of mind and support. I would highly recommend CenterWell Home Health Care to anyone who needs quality home health care services. We have had Centerwell Home Health OT, PT, and a Nurse for about 3 weeks now. I cannot say enough good things about these ladies! They are courteous, concerned, sweet, professional, caring and punctual. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing home health services!

The nurses and physical therapists have been professional, kind, and caring. They have been so helpful and encouraging in so many ways.I am very pleased with the treatment and care that I have received.

They did not communicate about the plan of care or progress. Services were stopped suddenly without warning. We received a phone call to say, "Well, that was the last OT visit." No set schedule for the days or times for services. They always arrived late for any appointment. The OT was extremely rude and unprofessional.
