I gave this company a chance with my mother. The actual first people that come out are great and super informative. We had a nurse, occupational therapist, physical therapist come out. The assistants is where the issue is. They call usually less than 24 hours to schedule the appointment, one time was even 2 hours before. That was the nurse assistant. As of today I have told them all to not come back after a appointment was set yesterday at 6:30 pm for today somewhere between 3pm and 3:30pm. She was a no call no show as of 4pm. I called Ms Tonya to see where she was. Her response was yes Mr Holloway I was just about to put your address in and head your way. They have zero respect for your time or your love ones time. The physical therapy is a joke. You are lucky to get 10 minutes of actual physical therapy. The rest of the time they are on their phone or the tablet punching in information they get in the course of the first 5 minutes. Appointments are supposed to be an hour but they are in and out in under 30mins so far every visit. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra time and money to take your loved ones to a actual facility.
