We loved each one of these people, and they were pros at the skill they brought.. We did not, however, feel he received enough Physical therapy..(Insurance we’re sure) Wish they’d come with their smiles and encouragement more often-
and Pressed him harder to recover his strength. He wants recovery, but still has pain and is reluctant to work.
Yet Centerwell is a fine establishment, employing fine and dedicated people.
We are grateful for the time we got with them.

I have very mixed emotions about this organization. I was not at all impressed with my intake nurse, he was rather rude and definitely didn't know the protocol and options that were available to me. Needless to say, this did not leave a very smooth beginning for my home health care as well as physical therapy and occupational therapy needs.

Now when I talk about my occupational therapy group and my physical therapist... These people were absolutely amazing. They went up and above and beyond and knew exactly what I needed when I needed it.

Thia did not show any mercy, but also was very helpful in getting me back on track during my physical therapy time. I am very thankful for him and if you need a physical therapist to come to your home, he's your man.

Occupational therapy, was Shaunda and Sherry. These girls were absolutely amazing. They knew their job, they knew what I needed, and they encouraged me to do my very best to get myself back on track quickly.

Nursing... Thank goodness for Celeste. She was the one that I can honestly say made me feel like I mattered. I had a couple other ladies who came out that were okay, but for the most part the nursing staff acted like they didn't even care. They were here to check on wounds, none of them with the exception of Celeste did. Most of the time they just came in took my vitals and left. Why waste my time and my insurance money if you're not going to do your job?

There is definitely room for improvement within this organization, because I do think they have the capabilities of being a five-star, but until they clean up some things, training done and some fresh blood in the nursing department, they still lack a little.

The nurses have all been great. They listen to what I have to say about my issues. I had questions about an ekg I had done and she took time to look at it and advise me that I really need to talk to my Dr about what it showed. Now I have an appointment with a heart dr again. N if the staff had not of told me I was listed as having heart failure then questions of the ekg I had done I wouldn't know to see the Dr because I was never told that I had had a heartattack last year when I had kidney failure.

Unfortunately, the nurse that came to take care of my mother acted unprofessional. She's 81 years old with cancer and a very infected foot and the nurse left in a huff without tending to her wounds. Doesn't matter the situation. You are supposed to be the professional. She has memory issues and knows nothing of technology . Has early dementia . You should show her on her phone that you called or called me to set appt like we said..

Otherwise the business gives excellent pt and usually exceptional nursing
