Kim Ponder has been helping my grandmother get admitted to this rehab center and she has been so professional and helpful! I’m already very impressed with this facility.

I have been here a week and I would not let my dog stay here for a weekend. The price is very rundown, very unsanitary, the nurse response is very slow, and you can tell all they are here for is the money! I thank God I get to gone home tomorrow!!!! I would not recommend this place even if I hated the person I put here!

Wonderful management and great staff. Feels like a home instead of a nursing facility. My mother loves it there and I have to beg her to come home for visits during the holiday because she is always wanting to go back to her home(cedar valley).

Kim and Lisa were fantastic to help me with my loved one. They were so quick and helpful and made the transition so much easier and better.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Shanice M., one of the nurses caring for my mom. She is truly exceptional--always kind, compassionate, and has such a wonderful sense of humor that brightens my mom’s entire day. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and cares deeply for her patients. She knows just how to make my mom feel comfortable and cared for, and that means the world to our family. Since coming to this nursing home, my mom has been absolutely thriving-- and I know Shanice’s care and positivity have played a big part in that. I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the rest of the staff for all that they do every single day. It’s clear that they work hard to make sure residents feel safe, supported, and loved. Shanice, thank you for your incredible dedication and kindness-- you’ve made such a positive difference in my mom’s life and in ours! 💚
