The $500 theft by my roommate—reported to the executive director and the manager of residents caused a plethora of excuses and lies. The people there are generally very good and competent and offer good service. Once the management gets it act together it will be OK.

This place messed my insurance up . I went to lakewood UCI hospital today. The emergency room could not find any insurance, Medicare or Medi-cal . I just got discharged from this nursing home on Monday the 13th ,April 2026. Samantha in social services faxed my info to medi-cal on the 30th of March. My bank info. Wow I didn't realize this until now... I need to change my bank info,because I gave her a copy of my bank info. I will change the tomorrow. Oh yeah the pictures are of my legs,that I sent to my primary doctor which was assigned to me through the nursing home. Which i texted to my/their doctor that would not respond until a nurse used her own personal cellphone. He then had her dial 911 ..This is my own personal opinion. Now since they didn't do as promised, I now have to pay Medicare $200 a month.

I toured this facility about a week ago for my grandmother. I am currently looking for a long-term care facility, and I have to thank the marketing director, Michelle. She was very compassionate and so attentive, I appreciated her efforts to get to know my grandmother and her current condition. I definitely recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for a new home for their family member

I want to say that the nurse we had today was priceless. The best I have had in a while. Her name is yaneth Albanian. She goes beyond the call of duty. What a blessing.

My mother has been a resident off and on for rehab over the years and she enjoys her stay. Alicia, the activities director, goes out of her way to make each and every resident feel special and one of the main reasons my mom prefers catered manor. They do, however, need to upgrade their facility in regards to call buttons, cabinets and such. The nurses are attentive and care for the residents which is very important. I highly recommend Catered Manor for rehab and care
