Being admitted to Casas Adobes Post Acute Rehab Center after hip surgery was a perfect place for me. The entire staff treated all of us, in need of post op and rehabilitation care, equally with respect and encouragement. The positive attitude of the therapests in Physical and Occupational therapy helped me to have confidence in getting back my ability to walk, climb the stairs to my apartment and strengthen all muscles to safely care for myself at discharge. I can't give a more positive total recommendation to anyone speaking quality care. THANK YOU TO ALL AT CAsas Adobes in Tucson, Arizona

My mother's experience, as well as my own, was excellent. Mike was attentive and always on top of my mother's needs. He even took the time to ask if there was anything I needed. He joked with my mother, which brought a smile to her face and lifted her spirits. The therapist was gentle, compassionate, soft-spoken, and empathetic. Most importantly, the therapy was very effective and greatly contributed to my mother's recovery. My mother's recovery progressed quickly because she was surrounded by caring professionals who genuinely supported her every step of the way. On top of that, the food was excellent. We are truly grateful for the outstanding care and kindness we received.

My dad was not just a patient in a bed. He was a father, a husband, a veteran, a volunteer firefighter, and a man who spent his life working hard and helping others. He deserved dignity, basic care, and human concern. Instead, our family knows he was neglected while in your care. He was allowed to sit in urine and feces for hours without being cleaned. He was sent to the wrong hospital for a checkup. He was fed breakfast before a fasting blood test. A scheduled doctor appointment was missed despite my repeated attempts to notify your facility. His blood pressure had been severely low, yet it appears no meaningful action was taken. On the night he died, he suffered respiratory problems for SIX hours before an ambulance was called. To say I am disappointed is a gross understatement. I am sickened. I am heartbroken. And I am asking every person who reads this to remember that the people in your facility are human beings. They have families. They had lives before they became dependent on others. They deserve to be treated the way you would want your own parent or grandparent treated. Not one person from your facility has apologized or even acknowledged the human weight of my father’s death. That silence speaks volumes. It made us feel as if my dad was nothing more than a name on a chart, a bed to manage, or a problem to move along. He was a human being. He was our father. He deserved dignity in life, and he deserved basic humanity after his death. I choose not to let hatred consume me, but I also cannot stay silent. My hope is that someone within your facility has enough conscience to recognize that this level of care is unacceptable and that real change is needed.

Casas Adobes Rehab Facility, has very caring, empathetic, kind and always in a great mood/attitude staff… Dr. Ferfer, is a very good doctor invested in his patients. The nurses are all very caring and always working hard to make sure we all had our medications on schedule and always on time even when some days/patients were impossible to deal with and they never lost their patience nor their professionalism… For me the CNA’s are the heart of the facility, always making sure we as patients have what we need to getting to our call lights as fast as possible… the CNA’s here are the best, very friendly and caring… They know their patients well and their needs. Some of them go above and beyond like Ms. T, Ms. Alec, Ms.Aile, and Ms. Michelle, all which were on my best of all CNA’s list… So much so that I felt them like almost family and very close friends!! I want to thank all these wonderful women/staff members for being so great at what they do… Don’t ever change the way you treat people you come in contact with that rely on you to have a better or more comfortable time while we are away from our loved ones during our recoveries!!
