I put one star because I had to put it if it was up to me,I put zero stars. Yes, this place is beautiful, and that's how they get you with how beautiful it is.But ,they do not care for you like the pamphlet says!! My family member was there, my family member got no physical therapy which he needed badly.He didn't get no activities like it shows on the pamphlet. Regular assessment NO!! THEY'LL MAKE YOU BELIEVE WHAT THEIR PAPERWORK, THEIR VOICE SAYING, HOW NICE IT IS.BUT ONCE YOU GET YOUR FAMILY THERE AND YOU HAVE CONCERNS, NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONES.NO ONE CALLS YOU THAT TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS.I PULLED MY FAMILY MEMBER OUT!!! YES, IT'S BEAUTIFUL THERE. YES IT IS. BUT.<br>JUST BECAUSE IT'S BEAUTIFUL, DOESN'T MEAN THEY TREAT YOU BEAUTIFUL, BE CAREFUL

Dulce went above and beyond to put together a tailored living situation for my dad. She has such a huge heart that is definitely aimed in the right place. She wants to help and have all of her clients cared for exactly how they want and need to be cared for. Her little gem of a house in Fallbrook is absolutely beautiful, quiet, calm and just a serene setting. I would highly recommend her and her place. My dad unfortunately never got the chance to stay there. His time in this world was shorter than we planned for. I truly wish he was able to have enjoyed Casa Zagara with my mom before he was so sadly taken from us. She was there for us during such a confusing, scary, stressful, and emotional time and wanted to help in any way that she could. Thank you Dulce. You're an incredible soul.

Making the decision to place a family member in a facility or home can be challenging and emotional. I cared for my aunt with dementia and made the difficult decision to place her in a larger facility in Temecula - which was a mistake. After a rapid decline, I decided to move her and visited numerous board and care homes. Only ONE stood out from the rest - Casa Zagara. I just cannot say enough good things about their home and team! Nestled in the hills of Fallbrook, this home is peaceful and serene, with a quaint garden and orchard views. Jesse, and his team, led by Sara, are so patient and truly care for your loved one as you do. Sadly, my aunt passed but it was a blessing that her final days were at Casa Zagara. I cannot recommend them enough and I will always be grateful for them.

I moved my husband to CZ in March. 3rd time (move) was the Charm! It's a beautiful setting in and outside. The staff are very loving, attentive, caring, professional and kind. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend CZ.
