Typical nursing home some days quite some not some great workers some not. The 1st night my mom was here she cried. Was not happy just in pain. I just know it was temporary and I'm thankful for the Workers who did Great work with the residents . The ones who didn't well thank you as well. I just know long as I am alive my mother will never be in a nursing home to stay I will do all i can to keep her in her Home...

If I could give less than one star I would. Please don’t send your loved ones here if you can help it. I was worried from the moment I was told my family member would be placed here but was told that the facility was much better than it was years ago. Lies. The management refuses to even acknowledge the lack of care or their hand in it. If someone can barely stay awake to speak you would think they would be taken care of regardless of that fact. Instead they leave residents in their own filth and then blame them if they can’t ask for assistance with a bath or being cleaned. Careless, heartless, shameful, and highly illegal for a nursing home to neglect human beings the way they do. I will be personally making phone calls come Monday to someone higher up or outside of the company. This place needs to be shut down if it can’t provide even minimum care. Which they couldn’t do even before a pandemic.
