Sara , Elizabeth , and their whole crew is amazing !! I would trust them with any service they offer without a doubt ! Your loved ones will feel loved and cared for and they will make sure of it. They make you feel like family because you are family , they always go above and beyond to live up to their name and service and I’m proud to advocate for them ! I would recommend CAREGIVERS OF THE UPSTATE to everyone looking for any type of care regarding a love one to check with them first !

I contacted this company early last summer to provide around the clock in home care for a disabled sibling for a trip I'd planned. They communicated with me from June through early October (my trip was planned for mid October) repeatedly stating they had the coverage and was even arranging for backups. The week prior to my trip, I was notified they had no coverage for the first shift hours, then a couple days later...4 days prior to my scheduled leave date....had no coverage at all. So, with under a week's notice, another company stepped up and provided coverage needed and I was able to take my planned trip. Additionally, although I had a voucher to pay for part of this care, I ended up paying out of pocket as Caregivers of the Upstate repeatedly said they would return the voucher but they never did. So, another company pulled together coverage in four days when this company could not do so in four months and withheld a voucher for payment that I was entitled to.
