My aging mother needed transportation from a rehab facility to her home. She has limited mobility and can not drive. CARE THAT MATTERS was more than able to provide that service to her. The transportation specialist Mckale was very polite and professional. He was thorough and displayed compassion and patience throughout the entire process. The rates charged by CARE THAT MATTERS were competitive and fair. We truly believe they were the correct choice for the service provided. I will definitely recommend this service to others. My mother (and family) were impressed and very thankful. Thank you, CARE THAT MATTERS!

We had a need for wheelchair transport that was somewhat time sensitive, and Lisa and Matt at Care That Matters were more than helpful. They carefully listened, quickly offered a solution, and saw it through to completion. The van was impressive, and the driver extremely thoughtful and professional. Their personal attention to our situation, and the fact that they are well equipped to see things through, made all the difference. Their descriptive business name was truly in line with what they delivered to us. We are awful lucky to have this small business and its valuable service in our community.
