While in the past this agency had been extremely empathetic regarding last-minute coverage issues that popped up as well as sending to our home competent individuals who can physically lift a disabled client, a number of other issues had caused them to not be so "caring". Specifically, a particular caregiver not being the least bit sociable, falling asleep on the job, not being able to prepare a simple meal, and/or showing no initiative or enthusiasm for simple duties such as vacuuming, cleaning a bathroom sink, etc. without being asked. When asked to do so, the caregiver often showed a negative attitude. This type of behavior can be quite annoying for the client who is physically disabled in a wheelchair. Incidentally, two of the reviews below are written by employees, not clients or patients.
