My mom was at Care & Rehab Cumberland from February 18 thru March 8 for rehab following open heart surgery. She was well cared for and every time I visited, she made sure to tell me how good all the CNAs, nurses and housekeepers were to her. Her only "complaint" about the food was that there were too many good options to choose from and she was too full from the meals to have any of the fresh baked cookies and other snacks that were offered. There were also many fun and engaging activities every day. 10/10 would recommend if you or a loved one needs some rehab before returning home or if you are in need of long term care. They were just getting ready to start remodeling rooms when mom was able to return home, she cannot wait to go back and see what the remodeled rooms look like.

My father ended up here after a fall. His room was more like a jail cell than a rehab facility. The complained if he didn’t hit the call button when he needed to get up but when I was there I did a little test and hit the button myself and waited over 20 minutes before I went and got someone since nobody showed up. Not very inviting and I can not see anyone picking this place for a loved one, sad to see this. Just my opinion of course but from what I witnessed while my father was there I would hope someone would look into this place.

Care and Rehab is a family company who truly cares about the residents, their families, and the staff that work there. Everyone works together as a team to care for the residents properly.

Cumberland Care and Rehab is an excellent facility to get your loved ones the help that they need. Their entire Team of professionals are committed to an excellent quality of care that patients require and need. They work with the families during the entire loved one's stay offering support, encouragement, and resources. My family and myself can't thank them enough for providing my mom with the Best care possible. I highly recommend them.
