My dad is at Cardinal Ridge; I moved him in last month. Within the first few hours I was struck by how different this facility was. The staff seem to care and are attentive to everyone's needs. For example, when my dad needs assistance and pushes his call button, someone is there within minutes. At the last facility it was easily 10+ minutes before anyone showed up. The residents seem happy and thrive under the compassionate care. My dad said the food is the best he's had, and they make it right there on site in the open kitchen. One of the biggest differences is the ability to hang pictures on the wall in his room. The last facility prohibited that, leaving his room to look stark and more like a hospital room. Now, he can bring pictures from home and make it look warm and comforting. We were even able to hang a TV mount on the wall, something that would never happen elsewhere. I wholeheartedly recommend Cardinal Ridge.
