I wouldnt take a dog there to get help. The staff never shared notes during shift change. My dad had been in the hospital for a month and when he got to this facility he got a UTI. Three people called me staying three different times about when my dad would start his medicine. My dad fell three times while there and the just sent him out the door. He still needed help but told his insurance he could walk 10 steps. Then they told the assisted living place he was not mobile....which they denied him because of what they said, the young girls that work there stay on the phone the whole time i was there visiting my dad. My dads room didn't even have paper towels or soap. How are the nurses and aids washing their hands after taking clients to bathroom...that is unexpectable. When i ask a staff person she said they shake their hands, I see how my dad caught an UTI they dirty. Oh I forgot to mention they lost his clothes and put them on another resident, what type of care is this, just throw away the whole staff. I think its a shame how much they charge people to stay in these facilities and get a 1-star treatment. If I could get paid advocating for the elders I would. This place would be shut down
