I called this facility on May 26, 2026 to speak with the DON. I was trying to find out if they could utilize some old clothes I had put away. I had to call 5 times to even leave a message, as each time I called I was hung up on. The last time I called, I made sure to ask if the Facility was facing telephone issues. I was told, “NO”. So I tried again to explain my reason for calling. I was then told the DON was in a meeting. I could leave a message. So, I did. Here it is going on 5 oʼclock now, and my phone has yet to ring. To say that they were unprofessional, and inconsiderate would be a serious understatement.

Terrible place and even worse people in the office. Some of the nurses are okay but when my family member when into the hospital her "roommate" got into her wallet and stole her debit card and made online purchases the day before and the day after my family member passed away. We called the nursing home to let them know that she had stolen and made purchases with the card and they said they wouldn't do anything about it and said we could not prove it and we could not press charges. They are terrible people who genuinely do not give a shit about your family. I would not even send my worst enemy to live there.

General babtist is now Piggott Healthcare and Senior Living. A wonderful place for family and staff. The most caring administrator runs this company smoothly making it welcoming and warm for everyone.

My Mom has only been here a few months. Shortly after she got here there was a change of management. We felt that it was fine before. After the change we felt that it was even better. No place is perfect but my Mom is thriving here and we're thankful for it.
