I had a very positive experience with California Post Acute in Lynwood while coordinating care for my ill uncle. From the beginning, the staff was professional, compassionate, and extremely supportive during what was a very difficult time for our family. I especially want to recognize Cynthia Sanchez from Admissions. Cynthia went above and beyond to guide us through the process, answer our questions with patience, and make sure everything was handled smoothly. Her kindness, clear communication, and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier to manage. The facility felt clean and well-managed, and I could tell the team truly cared about the well-being of their patients. It was a relief to know my uncle was in capable hands during a difficult time. Thank you to everyone at California Post Acute for your dedication and support! I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of quality post acute care.

I was looking for a place for my grandma and Jonathan gave me a tour of the facility! He was patient with me because I had a million questions and he answered them great! He was kind and knew what he was talking about. He could relate with me and I appreciate his time very much.

California Post Acute Care in Lynwood is an awesome skilled nursing facility for total knee replacement recoveries like mine. The team cared well for me. Their therapy care is excellent with 5 star physical therapy and occupational therapy!
