Shame on y'all! These women will log that they've bathed residents and have fed them, they lie. My mom waited around for a lunch tray for my grandmother (who can't do anything for herself) for 2 1/2 hours and hers never came, never a word mentioned. Since being there for 2+ weeks...ONLY AROUND 2 WEEKS, she's lost 13 lbs. If my mom, or another family member wasn't there who knows how long my grandma has gone without a meal. These workers should be ashamed. These aren't assembly line items going down a conveyor. These are human beings. Someone's family member. If you don't have the empathy to do what you need to do, go work a factory. This place has become a dump.
