I cannot say enough good things about Burlington Assisted Living. The staff here are absolutely incredible! They are truly a great bunch of people—kind-hearted, fun, and deeply caring. It is so comforting to see how they consistently go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable, happy, and well taken care of. They treat the residents like family. On top of the outstanding care, the location is absolutely beautiful. The surroundings provide such a peaceful and uplifting environment. If you are looking for a place with a compassionate team and a lovely atmosphere, I highly recommend Burlington Assisted Living!

I have had a wonderful experience with Burlington Assisted Living. The administrator does an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly and truly cares about both the staff and residents. It’s clear that there is strong leadership and a genuine commitment to providing quality care. The caretakers are compassionate, attentive, and hardworking. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable, safe, and valued every day. Their kindness and dedication really stand out. The residents are also what make this place so special. There is a warm, welcoming environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity, and you can really feel the sense of community. Overall, Burlington Assisted Living is a great place with caring staff, supportive leadership, and wonderful residents. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a positive and nurturing environment. Don't forget the amazing views of the mountains and the lake ❤️❤️

I had arranged for a tour there. The woman who took me on it was beyond rude; defensive and hostile; I felt unwelcome. We walked down this hallway. I am in a lot of pain when I walk so I can't walk fast at all, but she walked very fast leaving me far behind; impatient that I didn't keep up with her pace. That woman being so mean and abusive raises all my red flags. I can't help but wonder what really goes on there. I sincerely hope that all who check out this place do it very carefully. I did not get good vibes from the place, and it makes me sad for the people there.
