My mother was diagnosed with peripheral arterial disease a few years ago. Unfortunately last month in February she had to have her second leg removed. This was so devastating for her and our family. They told us that she would have to undergo physical therapy for upper body strength and lower extremities for prosthesis. They gave us a few options as far as where we wanted our mother to go. We went to see a few facilities, but there was one that really stood out to me. It was Brookfield Health Center. As soon as I walked in everyone greeted me with a smile even the patients were greeting me and had smiles on their faces. This place was so bright and clean hallways were so clean it looked so organized. The receptionist Madison welcomed me and gave me and my daughters a great tour of the facility. She was so informative and took time to answer all our questions. She was wonderful. She just added more to us making our decisions to choose Broookfield. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mari Cris she is the social service director at Brookfield. She was awesome. From the time I met her I felt she was not only doing her job but she showed she really cared about my mothers care. That meant a lot to me. She understood and took time to listen to my concerns and worries. I know I can count on her expertise whenever I need her. She is good at what she does. The nursing care is amazing. Juana Carpió was so kind and helpful towards my mothers care. She gave my mother the best sponge baths. She always made sure my mom was comfortable and happy. Thank you Brookfield staff for all your hard work a dedication. Your the best.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff strives for excellence and helpfulness. I have my mom there and she was nervous to go to a healthcare home. They greeted her with a loving smile and made her feel very welcome in her arrival. If you need this type of care for a loved one please take a tour and see what they have to offer. Extremely clean, warm friendly people and great care. Wonderful activities.
