I had made a complaint about my grandmother wanting to die, she went in for a broken bone. She was never in a life threatening condition, until she spent 3 weeks here. She declined, thy wouldn’t feed her, and she died within 3 weeks of their care and the Columbus hospital

Very clean welcoming facility. After a few hiccups with communication with nursing in the beginning of my mom's rehab stay, everything improved after speaking with the DON and Administration. After speaking with them our concerns and issues were addressed right away and there was major improvements made. I would recommend Brookestone to anyone in need. Their activities for the residents also are very inclusive and engaging.
