I visited my best friend’s mother for several weeks in the Skilled Nursing unit, and I can honestly say I was very impressed. Everyone was professional, from the front desk reception team to the skilled nursing staff.
I would especially like to thank (Jennifer and Luz )for the compassionate and loving care they provide. Their kindness, dedication, and professionalism truly made a difference.
Based on my experience, I highly recommend Sage Park Austin to anyone looking for a skilled nursing facility. If you are searching for a great care center in Austin, Texas, this is the best place.

My elderly relative needed to stay somewhere with skilled nursing care for a few days on rather short notice while her normal caretakers were out of town. Sage Park Austin was the only local facility found that could accommodate her brief stay. We are very grateful for the facility's flexibility and thankful to have found it. We toured Sage Park Austin prior to my relative's stay and found it well kept and well managed, offering daily activities, a game room, a lending library, a courtyard, a cafeteria with a rotating menu, and much more. A special shout out to the facility's management (especially Kelly) and staff (especially India), who were helpful, friendly, efficient, and kind. My relative was well taken care of and enjoyed her brief stay at Sage Park Austin. Thank you!
