I was great in the beginning the staff is always amazing but the raised my mother's rent from $3,392 to $3,792 a 11% percent hike in 1 year. In the State of California legally, they can only raise the rent 5%. I had to get my attorney involved but nothing is right about this.

I can't recommend Brookdale enough! Before my mom settled here, she had been to another facility, vastly different than Brookdale. At Brookdale, the staff is caring, conscientious, and provides everything she needs to stay healthy & thriving. The executive director patiently listened to all of our concerns and went above & beyond to meet our needs! She made us feel more than supported and heard. The resident coordinator is always there and makes time for us! She makes sure Mom has everything she needs from the right meals to clean & comfortable accommodations. I love how many weekly social events they have. My mom went from being withdrawn and isolated to loving her new friends. We feel very lucky and thankful for Sarah and her team!

My mother has been a resident at Brookdale Nohl Ranch for over a year. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly and caring. The food is delicious with a great variety to choose from each day. The caregivers/nursing staff are very helpful. The resident care coordinator goes above and beyond to help the residents and their family. Medical staff comes to the facility which makes it easier for my mother. The activity director has a variety of daily activities to accommodate the residents. I am happy that I chose Brookdale Kohl Ranch for my mother.

My was a resident at Brookdale , I am so grateful for the staff here! The nursing staff was top notch and so loving! Always having big smiles when you enter the facility ! I could not have asked for a better place to have my mom!! They are truly an amazing place to have for your elderly family members! ♥️♥️♥️

My mom has resided at Brookdale for over a year and she absolutely loves it. She loves her balcony where she can admire the trees and the birds that frequent her birdfeeder. The meals are delicious. The fact she could bring her cat was a triple plus. There is a plethora of activities including a weekly happy hour. ☆☆☆☆☆
