Change is never easy, but it’s especially difficult when we are elderly. Brookdale staff gave my mom many opportunities to share her life experiences, so that they could get to know her better and make this change easier for her. They also welcomed ideas that we thought would help her integrate into the community.<br>Now meals and activities are highlights of the day with plenty of options to choose from. In just a short while my mom has a home-like environment that she feels comfortable in. Most important is that we feel that she is in safe and caring hands.

Brookdale Dublin is a lovely home for our mom. It is inviting and comfortable. The office staff and caregivers are very approachable and they treat the residents with respect, compassion, and dignity. The meals are delicious and the food options are greatly enjoyed by our mom. There are a good variety of activities and the activities director is so kind and patient to all the residents. We also like the location which is close to our homes.

Everyone that works here is not only helpful, kind and knowledgeable but you know they truly care about your family member. They all make an extremely challenging life transition as supportive as possible.

This place is just straight neglectful of the residents, the staff, and the families. Brookdale has had 80 lawsuits filed against them in November alone for elder financial abuse and neglect. For $7,000 a month, you think the residents would be cared for. The residents complain about it too. They're bored because they have nothing to do. There hasn't been any activities since SEPTEMBER and nobody's attempted to entertain them either. The employees do nothing except sit everyone in front of the TV and hide in the corner away from everyone. The so called "nurses" are absolutely clueless about everything and have no clue that you can think for yourself. I've watched residents be neglected and ignored and decline extremely quickly. Please save your money and your loved ones. You all deserve so much more than this sick, twisted place. I can give example after example after example but then this would be a novel. Brookdale Dublin is neglectful and they don't care about the safety or happiness of anyone but themselves and their pockets. Bless you all. Especially Brookdale. You need it.
