Bridgewater Park advertises as a one stop shop for any need you could possibly have for your loved one assisted living memory, care, rehab, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing. However what they don’t tell you is there’s no availability in their skilled nursing facility so my mother who is a resident of the assisted-living side had to move because they didn’t have any availability in their lovely little skilled nursing so no it is not a one stop shop

Facility is beautiful and most of the staff friendly and accommodating. I did have one issue where my mom had been complaining of a cough for over 2 days and was getting sicker and sicker. She just came to rehab due to being on life support (ventilator) for 5+ days. The hospital discharged her on a nebulizer for her respiratory status and it wasn't until over a week into her stay that she finally got it when she wasn't able to breathe. The answers we got on everything we asked was," we don't have any orders"!!! Seems to me that a medical facility needs to assess the condition of a patient and as it changes and use nursing judgement to contact Dr or NP as necessary. There was a lack of follow thru and communication from shift to shift. Glad I could advocate for my mom as it seemed her concerns were brushed off.

Our family would like to thank the AMAZING staff at Bridgewater for the superior care they took of our Mom! Everyone who worked there from the nurses, CNAs, dietary staff, laundry services, administrative staff were just wonderful. The facility was spotless and everyone was so friendly. We will never be able to thank them enough! The Nabet & Steinberg Family
