It means more than words can express to know that my mom is surrounded by such caring and compassionate people every day. She is truly happy at Brenham Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, and one of the first things she talks about is how much she loves the staff.<br><br>A very special thank you to Alencia, Melanie, Jasmine, Nikki, Syble, Destiny, Nurse Goodspeed, and Mason. Your kindness, patience, smiles, and genuine love for the residents have made such a difference in my mom's life. You don't just take care of her—you make her feel valued, safe, and loved, and that means everything to our family.<br><br>Knowing she is happy and well cared for gives us incredible peace of mind. Thank you for treating my mom with such dignity, compassion, and respect. You are truly special people, and we are so grateful for each of you. We are blessed to have you caring for our mom.<br><br>Thank you both Meagan and Alice for all your help getting my mom settled in. And thank all of the staff for taking such great care of my mom!

Not good!!!! NOT a memory care facility despite advertised. This is a facility and staff that you have to closely monitor. Not always the cleanest. Sticky floors. Smell of feces and urine. Many times found my parent’s room filthy, clothing and shoes missing, and worse…her sitting in soiled clothing. Communication is low unless you speak up and demand it. Once your LO becomes a major care problem they will want to ship them out to another facility, passing the care issue on instead of handling it despite the multi-thousand dollar a month fees they are collecting. Recommend closely monitoring meds prescribed. UPDATE: 6/9/26 After receiving reply about my review I was invited to contact corporate office. I did. No response.

We consistently receive the most attentive and personal care from all the nurses, and the super professional, courteous management team provides exceptional service and support. It is clear that the care for their patients always comes first.

Great management team, caring and passionate staff overall i give this facility a 10/10 very clean and i know my loved ones are being taking care of properly.
