I stopped for a lunch for the first time today. I was table served a wonderful lunch by very friendly staff including dessert, milk bread and real butter… for donations of 5 dollars? And the people I sat with were regulars and all quite charming in different ways, ribbing each other playfully and giving me the inside scoop on how the place operates and I would love to tell the story of a bridge player coming to the table briefly to talk about who she thought of various partner options with a bridge player at the table, but her expressions as he mentioned possibilities was alone worth the 5 bucks! It was the best lunch I’ve had in years! Check it out- and sit with the regulars!!
