Do not take your loved ones to this place. I have no idea how their doors are still open. Don’t one individual in that place cares if the patients live or die. If I hadn’t gone up there and immediately knew something was wrong my mother would have died. The staff said no she’s fine she just doesn’t want to do her therapy. It’s hard to want to do therapy when you’re literally dying and the nurses just think you’re lazy. I was told by staff she was fine. They only called the ambulance because I insisted she was not fine. Further more I had to call up there to get her fed for the first four days because they weren’t bringing her meals because she wasn’t on a meal plan yet for four days. For them to get on here and act like they took proper care of her is absurd she was basically put in a room and forgotten.

DO NOT BRING ANYONE THERE! They are horrible. They lie and fraud the Medicare system. My mom hasn’t received any “skilled nursing help” yet. They leave her soiled daily her feeding tube unplugged and her room is always smelly and dirty. We had to clean it ourselves cause a virus is going around and wanted her to not get sick. We go there daily! We had to literally go off for them to shower her. After the first week and nothing has changed. Friday we noticed a bedsore and are having trouble getting paperwork to transfer her out of there. Everyone there has a nasty attitude and are lazy. The heads of this place duck and dodge you. I will be making a formal complaint in the morning. And to top all of that off they have roaches! After we cleaned her room picture 4 they had her feeding tube leaking onto the floor picture 5. I beg you not to send anyone there. If you have someone in there please go check on them. A lady was screaming help for 2 hours and when they finally opened her door she was on the floor cause she fell.

PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR LOVE ONES HERE. Some of the nurses and staff are nice and some have attitude issues. I will tell you a few of the problems experienced. Long wait time to change bedridden patients' accidents, skipped bathing or wipe downs, cold food,, soiled clothes not changed. If you can avoid this facility please do so. May God Bless and guide you to better care.

ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE!! Most of the staff is very rude And have A lot of negative attitudes. The place smells horrible and nobody cares. I complained to them several times. The Director of nursing took me in her office to hear my concerns. I told her my grandpa was being neglected And she told me to not use that word because she would have to report it. Nothing was ever done. For the most part he was not treated good When it came to the overall care and hygiene. If you care about your loved one Do not put them here!!!!

My grandmother had a stroke and my family and I made the difficult decision to place her in a nursing home that provides therapy for her to get better and come home. We are so thankful we chose Brandon Nursing and Rehab! My grandmother absolutely loved her time there especially playing fun activities when she wasn’t in therapy. The staff catered to her and she ate that up! They were all so kind and pleasant! She came home in less than 4 weeks and is almost to where she was before the stroke! I would definitely recommend Rehab here for your family member!
