My experience with the Memory Care at Bradley Creek has been very positive. The entire staff has made us feel comfortable with entrusting our loved one to their care. They have been loving and supportive and allowed our loved one to maintain his dignity while giving excellent care. The atmosphere is happy and we are always greeted with a smile from the moment we walk in the door. The staff maintains good communication and is readily available. Thank you!

Gorgeous facility with a wonderful rehabilitation program. My Dad fell and broke his femur, hip and pelvis. Ths work the entire therapy team has done with him is remarkable. The nursing team is incredible. They are attentive, caring and so helpful. No stone has been left unturned in his recovery. Plus there are so many events daily he is busy and socializing with others in rehab and assisted living. He also loves the food! Thanks to everyone at BC for making Dad’s last two months like Home Sweet Home and for creating him with respect and dignity. We are forever grateful to all of you.

I was very impressed with Bradley Creek at Carolina Bay — I even called it the Ritz‑Carlton of care centers. The facility was exceptionally clean and never had that LTC smell some centers develop. The staff was consistently friendly, patient, and caring, even when my admittedly ornery step‑father made their work more challenging. As a former Director of Aging Services, I’ve visited many facilities, and they truly stood out. They took excellent care of my dad. The only area that could have been stronger was communication. Our family was often told we would receive updates about his care plan, but information didn’t come unless we reached out with additional questions or reminders. They were navigating some staffing transitions at the time, and to their credit, they still managed quite well overall. I genuinely wish we had LTC/Rehab centers as clean, well‑staffed, and resident‑centered in Upstate NY, where I live. If I or a family member ever needed care, Bradley Creek at Carolina Bay would be my first choice.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the care my husband has received from Bradley Creek at Carolina Bay! The nursing staff, doctor, nurse assistants, therapists, maintenance, kitchen and cleaning staff are all exceptional. If I could give them more stars I would. You will not regret choosing this facility for your loved one’s rehabilitation needs.

My mother was at Bradley Creek for 1-week post surgery from Novant Health after a 3-week stay in the hospital. I was nervous about any choice of a rehab facility because pretty much every facility has bad reviews. We chose Bradley Creek because it was recommended by the hospital as the top pick from other patients, they accepted Medicare and others had pretty terrible reviews. When I picked her up from there I was pleasantly surprised by how it was appointed, the staff was nice, my mother said the food was ok (and in fact some things were good), and overall if she was forced to do a rehab facility again we would select Bradley Creek.
