This is a horrible place. Today Dec 23, 2025 went to visit a friend with her son. The staff was rude and treated us like we were criminals. My friend’s other son who has been accused of double homicide but did not stand trial because of being incompetent lied about having conservatorship and called the sheriff to have us removed. My friend was very distressed by this. This facility does not treat the residents fairly. They put a very agitated man in my friend’s small room to stay. Even the staff was afraid of him. My friend’s youngest son (who is also my friend) is the only other relative my friend has and he is not given any information about his mom. She has not received proper medical attention at this facility. She now has a very large tumor in her stomach and they will not let her son be with his mother. Even now just two days before Christmas. Also everything we bring her goes missing right away. Be very careful if your loved one is unfortunate enough to be here.

My grandma has end stage dementia and has been a resident at Citrus Gardens for a few months now - I can honestly say having her placed here was the best decision! She receives wonderful care and always is clean and well groomed. I've been there for a few meal times and sampled the food (for safety measures of course LOL) and can say it was quite delicious. I also really love how every day they have activities planned to keep their residents engaged and active. Staff is super friendly, and the location overall is very secure!

hands down this is the best home my mom has been in for the past six years. The attention and detail these girls and men that work here pay towards their patient I’ve never seen anywhere else I’ve had my mom in so many different nursing home trying to get them able to work with her memory and her aphasia… This is the only place where she has succeeded and strive and gotten better she’s never gonna overcome the aphasia without a miracle which miracles do happen however this memory care facility is the cleanest has a huge grass ariyahs everyone is very nice professional familiar with everyone situation and their attention to detail is phenomenal the Head check on my mom daily everyone is just you can tell that everyone that works here truly care about what they’re doing and they’re there for the best possible outcome for every patient they’re doing God’s work… I highly recommend Facility…

I moved my mother into Citrus Gardens Memory Care about a month and a half ago as her Alzheimer's Disease is progressing, and I did not feel I could take care of her at home safely anymore. I toured many programs, but Citrus Gardens really made an impression with the first call that was made to me. The professionalism and knowledge of the person I spoke to really made me feal at ease and the follow through was amazing making it an easy choice for me to make. The staff are all very friendly and it is very apparent that the training they receive is specialized and far exceeds the normal of many other programs that I investigated. My Mother is doing great at Citrus Gardens, and she seems happy! The food is great and the constant communication from administration is excellent. When I started this process, I had a lot of guilt because I felt like I could not take care of my mom at home anymore. I was provided resources and consistent reassurance that we were both going to be fine. In hindsight, I wish I would have looked and done this for my mom much sooner than I did. I would highly recommend this great place to anyone. Special thanks to Nurse Taylor and Shannon for going out of their way to make sure that this transition was as smooth as possible for my family and me.

My friend recommended this facility, I visited them last Saturday and was impressed by the caring service the staff provided. Every staff right here is friendly, caring, patient, and they always ready to offer helps. The environment was good, quite, people here are comfortable and cozy. I would bring my grandma here again and register the stay.
