$1500 for emergency room visit where they would barely even acknowledge us. I get a bill for two emergency room visits and two emergency room professional fees when my son never even got in a room and had to sit in the hall while they put a little plastic splint and some gauze on his arm. The billing guy tells me that it's $400 to walk through the door and another $600 for the splint and then $150 for each person that looked at him. Then they tell me I have to come back to see a specialist and that you can't do anything else.

I have breast cancer...diagnosed last year the a massive heart attack with a stent...it's been over a year I can't breathe...so no surgery and no help from the ER went in twice...or the cardiologist there...they said they don't know what to do??? Or Dr Chang... kootenia clinics...said it was and pointed to my sinuses...I give up...I know I'm not get any help here ..

The staff were very attentive and helpful for my ER visit. It wasn't a critical situation but needed attention to an issue I had. They were attentive, caring, explained everything, and most importantly listened to me. They rate a 10 out of a 10!
