July 8 2026 Bonita Hills Post Acute in La Habra Blvd., Ca Released my disability paraplegic son to the streets . With mental illness released into the street last Thursday. He is still missing. They did not call me. Wednesday night they called me that Gabriel my son has tremors. I advised then to send him to the hospital. They did not... No phone calls. These senior are not safe at Bonita Hills Post Acute.

The entire staff was Awesome!! I Thank you all for caring for my loved one. I truly appreciate everything. I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking a caring staff to over see the health and well being of a loved one. Thank you all again.

Had to have my mom have care due to her being 93 years old Bonita Hills was the best place that I could have ever had her stay synthia and Marcos along with the staff are fantastic. It was God sent..

Fabulous place to put your loved one. My husband is being taken care of excellently. And everyone is very nice and will walk you to a department for you to sign paperwork or if your loved one has moved to another room. Facility is clean and cheery. Staff is helpful and attentive.

OMG!!! The food is so delicious 😋 here! Derek is out in the trenches asking us, I mean "us residents" what we want to eat! Every meal is excellent 👍! Extremely filling!!! Keep up the great work 🎇
