My father passed away 2 weeks ago. The hospice care was sorry. I'm so thankful I was able to take care of my father and we didn't have to rely solely on them. We were never given the comfort care box w/ the necessary meds for the active dying stage. Basically just morphine and pain pills. My dad got where he couldn't swallow pills. I told 3 employees what needs were not met and the ball just kept being dropped. I'm so thankful my father only was on hospice for 11 days. And I'm also thankful the good Lord tool him home quickly so my mother didn't have to hear the awful sounds of the final stage. A Chaplin wasn't even offered and they've yet to call my mom to see how she is. The doctor NEVER came to see my father at home like they promised. . They talk a good talk in the beginning. But please look at the name comPASSUS. PASS US (them) for sure! There are so many more with the quality that will take care of you.

If you have an opportunity to use Compassus, don't pass it up. You'll discover it will prove the best decision you'll make for care of a loved one or yourself. They're by far the best, most dependable and caring organization in the entire SENIOR industry I've experienced in 10 years. Special appreciation to BRIA; the most trustworthy, dependable and consistently above and beyond caregiver in the business with a delightful sense of humor and extraordinary attitude. JORDANA, extremely knowledgeable, resourceful and helpful. KRISTI, SUMMER and STEPHANIE; the RN's that make extra efforts in treating the person as if you're they're the only client. BRUCE, keeping everything under control and applying experience teamed with solid values and ethics. JOEL NIDAY, my first contact who kindly, patiently and efficiently introduced me to Compassus. Compassus is unique and a true blessing in an industry riddled with callousness and priority focus on profit margin rather than individual welfare.
