Blountstown H&R has been awesome. I had my mother in one of the nicest places in Panama City and they were awful. BHR has the most compassionate and loving staff. I cannot say enough good about them. My mother is treated with kindness and love everyday. The staff contacts me with any issues no matter how small. My mom has dementia and other health issues and she is not the most pleasant person at times. I feel like the staff there does their best to work with her and help her through the difficult times. They have a hard job but they always show kindness and grace. My mom is up and moving around on her own in a wheelchair and she is part of a family there. I could not give her that at home.

This is an amazing facility. Both of my great grandmothers were there and they received First class care. I LOVE THIS PLACE💅💅

We believe our mother was punched in the eye by staff member, which ruptured her brain stem and she died. Can't get staff to give me any names or contact info of board members or President or CEO. They keep lying to us about everything. COVER UP!

I am a resident of this facility due to a hip replacement surgery. My biggest fault is their willingness to let the patient sit in a room and not be truthful with them. This is my mind, my body and am I not untitled to know what's going on? Te worst thing to do is let a patient s mind wander and get depressed

My mother was a resident for 3 years. The staff treated her with love, care and respect. Above and beyond what our family expected .
