The Villa building features 24-hour onsite staffing with background-checked personnel and after-hours controlled access via a telephone system.

The community provides accessible bus and van transportation to the local downtown area for a suggested donation, with Arrowhead Transit offering weekly service to Grand Rapids. Free parking is available for all tenants, with a limited number of winter plug-ins and garages available for rental on a first-come, first-served basis.
