Amanda and her employees have been so good to me. They provided the best care to me in my home. If you are looking for a in home health care, I would recommend them! They are incredible, & so genuine. The love I have received makes me feel loved.

My interactions with this agency have been deeply troubling, marked by a significant lack of respect and communication, alongside a disturbing mistreatment of both clients and aides. The conduct of the office manager, Alyssa, is particularly alarming. Her leadership style is profoundly unprofessional and disrespectful, creating an environment that is both hostile and unsupportive. It is appalling that such behavior is tolerated, let alone exhibited by someone in a managerial position. Furthermore, the agency’s communication practices are severely lacking. In a sector where effective and empathetic communication is critical, Better Inhome Care falls woefully short. This deficiency has led to numerous misunderstandings and frustrations, making the care experience highly unpleasant. Given these serious issues, I strongly advise against utilizing the services of Better Town Inhome Care. The absence of effective communication further exacerbates the situation. In a field where clear and compassionate communication is paramount, Better Town Inhome Care fails miserably. This has resulted in numerous instances of confusion and frustration, creating an environment that is both chaotic and unwelcoming. Given my experience, I strongly urge others to steer clear of this organization. It is my firm belief that Better Town Inhome Care should be reported to the Better Business Bureau for their unacceptable practices. I would never, under any circumstances, recommend this company for the care of loved ones. The level of service provided is not only substandard but also potentially harmful.
