I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there. It has to be the worst nursing home in the area. They have no activities for the residents. You are MADE to stay in your room like a prisoner. When my family member returned from a doctors appointment they searched her like they were the police. They found a Pepsi in her belongings. Then they started questioning her about where she got the Pepsi. I got my family member out of there care as fast as I could. Family members beware, this non profit will follow you around like you are a cash cow. They use the USPS like a weapon. I had to change my residence 4 times before I finally stopped getting there literature. Every time I received there mail, they were begging for money. I got my family members out of there as fast as I could.

The management and staff care deeply about the residents. When my Grandma lived there they took great care of her and I didn’t worry about how she was being cared for. I would recommend Bethesda to anyone.

Used to be an amazing place where it was more like a private residence. It was incredible! Now, it's turning into a pit. The Kidd lady is rude and lazy. The admin changed and now won't do anything for residents unless it's going to generate money. Really wish Kidd and the new admins would move on so the place can go back to being spectacular.
