They treat the people like they're a burden they would yell at this one person because she would yell that she needed to use the bathroom because she needed help and no one would pay her any attention and then if you go out and look at the coy pond the water is brown and the fish are floating on top dead being eaten by flies. This place is nasty unsanitary and the rooms look blan and boring there is no character and people a treated like animals. I recommend nit putting your loved ones in this horrible place. There was also a very disrespectful woman I won't say names that would NOT let my mom see her dad the day before he diednd when she dropped us off to see him the second she saw her car she called the cops and all because they(staff) twisted a story of her telling another resident to mind her own business
