1⭐️ because you can't give a 0.Started good, turned sour. They borrowed her wheelchair, loaned her one that severely injured her arm, applied band-aid, brother had to take her to E.R. next day. Several trips to E.R for dehydration. Gave a known thief a key to her room who stole tons of mom's stuff. I finally had to move her to SNF for better care. Due to unfortunate circumstances, and the fact I'm in my 70's, I couldn't get her room cleared right away. The day before her rent was due, they made me go through everything she owed in one day! I had no help so had to leave some big, expensive items. Now they will not give them to me. The manager not only does not care, she is keeping things that don't belong to her.

The Staff is very good and patient with all the Residents who have multiple elderly care situations! It’s very comforting to know that my family member is in a good Facility that’s clean and feels like a home away from home! Thanks for caring and sharing with my family!

We love this place! Great staff, great activities, great food and a great facility. Donya, April & Jeanette have been very helpful, nice and respectful. We definitely recommend this place to your love ones.
