My Mother chose Bertrand Nursing Center because this was the second time in 2 years she had to have rehab services. This last time for a broken hip. The kindness, care and dedication the employees imparted to my mother was exceptional, both times, but especially this one. She was up and on her feet, slower for sure, but on her feet! Did I mention she just turned 82? Big thanks and hugs to this most wonderful group of people each and everyone. God Bless You all!

From walk through with Audrey, SSD to final admission into the facility, she has been above awesome. Nurses Gail, Melody, Elizabeth CNA April plus Becky, dietary Johnny, transport/ maintenance. Don, admin Laura, Lydia have gone above and beyond. Professional, compassionate staff, clean facility, very organized and maintained. Michelle, Chris in Therapy. An awesome Therapy dept. I am so glad mom is here and know she will be safe and well cared for during her stay at Bertrand.

Staff is fantastic. Treated my mother-in-law great. Since she was admited today. I researched for the rateing and you came out in the top 10. I personally know the Director so helped on our choice.

Facility is very clean, staff is helpful and friendly. Residents all look very well kept. Our church has a church service the 4th Sunday of every month and the staff is very pleasant and helpful in assisting residents to church service.

My family feels safe and comfortable and very well cared for thanks to everyone there caring for her. Her room is nice and comfortable and the food is very good. I feel better knowing she is in a good caring environment. Many thanks!
