This place is terrible. When u need help no one is around. They don't take care when u need them. It is not the most cleanest place. When my godfather moved in the room was terrible. They should of cleaned it before he moved in.

Bill Harbor excellent facility. It’s even upgrading a lot of of the interior and exterior of the building keeping it up-to-date. Wonderful people couldn’t ask for a better place to live.

If we have any problems there is really no one to talk to most of the time! The administration is not here that much even before pandemic. We have the best receptionist and our mail has trouble getting to us by no fault of hers. There is too much violence! Food is bad mostly. Well we have a roof over our head!

The owners are nice people, BUT the Staff is sub par. Nasty and uncaring of the residents.....Staff has NO training in dealing with Geriatric people....Theft is rampant and Massive... Nothing is done to address the sheer volume of the residents possessions..

This assisted living resident takes care of the basic needs a person requires. You can call your love one and ensure someone is monitoring medications and securing the building. The food is not the best, but meals are provided. I have concerns about mail not reaching the proper person due to residents stealing. Room are kept clean, but not really the most uplifting.
